At Vipkids, we place great value on continuous learning and the professionalism of our pedagogical staff. Therefore, we work with an internal pedagogical coach who is closely involved in the daily practice in the groups.
The coach guides and supports our staff according to our own pedagogical approach. This means that regular coaching, feedback, and observations take place so that the quality of childcare is continuously monitored and improved. The pedagogical coach helps staff implement development-oriented activities, identify children's needs, and foster a safe, warm, and stimulating group environment.
In addition, the in-house pedagogical coach is also available to parents. If you have questions about your child's development, behavior, or parenting topics, you can always turn to her for advice, guidance, or tips.
Through this support, pedagogical professionals can make optimal use of their talents, and a consistent, loving, and professional environment is provided.
