Please discuss your question, concern, or complaint with the pedagogical professionals or the location manager in the first instance. In most cases, we can resolve the matter together through constructive dialogue. We value open communication and always take your concerns seriously.
If we are unable to reach a suitable solution together, you can make use of our internal complaints procedure. You can request this at the location or view it on our website.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint after going through our complaints procedure, you may submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee for Childcare. In certain situations, it is also possible to submit your complaint directly to them.
For independent advice, information, and possible mediation, you can contact the Childcare Complaints Desk. This desk is affiliated with the Disputes Committee and is happy to assist you with questions or support regarding a complaint.
