We consider it very important to create an atmosphere of safety and trust within the group. First and foremost, the group's pedagogical staff play a key role in this. Your child is cared for by dedicated pedagogical staff. This allows your child to bond with them and gain confidence. Only when your child feels secure can they truly develop.
If the pedagogical staff member is ill or on vacation, this is covered within the location as much as possible.
