For some locations, particularly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, there is a waiting list. It is difficult to say exactly how long this waiting list is or when a spot will become available, as this depends on cancellations, relocations, or changes to the schedule. We will contact you ourselves as soon as a spot becomes available. You can always contact us to discuss other childcare options.

You can register very easily and without obligation via our website. It is advisable to always sign up immediately so that you are on the waiting list in case there is one.

The waiting time varies by location and desired childcare day. This depends, among other things, on available spots that become available when children start primary school around the age of four or when families move. As a result, there is regular movement in the schedule.

No, we work in order of arrival. We cannot indicate your current position, as this depends on various factors such as the start date and chosen days.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to move up the waiting list. However, we are happy to work with you: if you are flexible regarding days or locations, a spot may sometimes become available sooner.

Vipkids charges the childcare costs in advance. The invoicing coincides with the payment of the Childcare Allowance, which is usually transferred on the 20th of the month for the upcoming month.
Around the 15th of every month, we email the invoice for the following month to parents. In the KOVnet app, you can find invoices under 'documents' in the menu on the left, under the 'invoices' tab. If you have set up direct debit, the amount will be automatically debited on the 25th of the month.
Are you using manual payment? Then you have 15 days to pay the invoice.
We prefer to process payments via direct debit. This way, you are assured of timely payment and do not have to worry about paying the invoices on time.
It is also possible to pay the invoice manually. However, please ensure that you arrange payment within 15 days of receipt, i.e., before the end of the month. If this does not happen, a reminder process will follow, which is unfortunate as you may incur unnecessary costs.
If you have booked an extra day, it will only be invoiced if childcare was actually used. The extra day will be invoiced the following month.
